feat(alignment): add generic trace alignment tools - #53

Summary

• Add generic alignment for compatible line-series plots through the Analyze Ribbon and Data inspector.
• Support trace-start and peak-window alignment with positive, negative, and magnitude peak polarity.
• Provide a preview of proposed shifts, skipped-series reasons, selectable references, and plot-owned manual X shifts.
• Apply alignment through stable series identities while preserving the viewport, inactive display bindings, fitted overlays, and raw source data.
• Persist finite X shifts in the strict v1 project format with atomic undo and redo support.
• Document the shared workflow in the English and Simplified Chinese plotting, electrophysiology, and pseudo-2D guides.
